One of CELOG's activities is development projects, which is made in collaboration with private companies, the public sector and the service sector. In connection with increasing global competition it is not enough for companies and institutions to compete on the classical parameters such as design, functionality, price and quality. Management parameters such as tracing, delivery time, delivery precision and flexibility has started to play a significant role for the competitiveness of companies. And it is within these areas CELOG can help companies and institutions.
The development projects are designed to help companies and institutions create essential improvements internally as well as externally in the supply chain. This could i.e. be better flow of information and goods, greater use of capacity and improvements in business processes, planning and integration.
The research projects primarily focus on the further development of tools and techniques to i.e. analysis, planning, optimising tracing and integration.
